On my first years, you teached me how to smile, how to wink my eyes, how to laugh, how to understand that you're my mom and he's my dad, how to believe that I'm the most beautiful little girl in the world, how to walk, how to say "mama" and "papa" and how to live.
You gave me everything I wanted, those barbie dolls, sometimes boy's toys. And I remember that night when I cried because I just saw a commercial on tv about "Potty Training Kelly Doll" and wanted it so bad. Its late at night but then you drove me to the store searching that doll. It was sad that we cant find it, but then you promised me the next day you'd buy it for me and you meant it. You always meant what you said and promised.
You bought me a Doraemon comic, that was my first collection of Doraemon comics. I couldnt read yet so I just saw the pictures and tried to understand whats the story. But then you took it from me, took me to the bed and read it for me. That was the time when I wanted to be able to read so bad.
I was playing with my friends. But then they treated me bad. I came home crying. Then you drove me to the store and bought some VCD of Disney's story. We watched it together at home, we laughed and I forgot that I was crying before.
When I was at pre-school, you always take me to Mcd almost every day after school. You said that it was because you like to see my happy eyes playing on the playground with a vanilla ice cream corn in my little hand. Yeah I remember, thats the reason why until today I love vanilla ice cream so much.
I got my first cup, I was the best student in my preschool class. It was because of you, because you never forced me to study. You let me understand what I should do by my self, you believe in me. Elementary school, junior high school, high school, until I'm now here, its all because of you. I was so happy when I saw your smile seeing my score on my report card, and now I'm happy when I see your glad face telling o your friends about me and saying "That's my daughter". But later I will make you be happier and even the happiest mom in the world.
I ever thought "Why my mom couldnt be just like her mother?" when you didnt let me go out, when you always asked where am I. But now I regret it so much. Because I know, you're so worried about me, you dont want to lose me, you want me to be a good girl, you want the best for me. And I thank you for creating the good in me.
Thanks, mom.
For all the things you've done for me. I will do everything to make you happy. Believe me.
I will be the daughter who you wished would be when you saw and carried me for the first time.
I love you so much.
